The law presents a new version of the Law "On the Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons."
The law determines the rights and obligations of foreigners and stateless persons who are staying in Ukraine, and regulates their entry and exit from Ukraine.
Under the law, foreigners and stateless persons who are legally staying in Ukraine have the same rights and freedoms as the citizens of Ukraine, except for the cases envisaged by the Constitution of Ukraine, laws and international agreements of Ukraine.
The bill was registered under Reg. No. 8570.
